TRANSIT DAMAGES
We take every care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then packing paper box. However the package and dispatched goods may be damaged/soiled due to delivery procedure. We will not be responsible for the same.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS
Special instructions any must be emailed after each order has been placed,this applies to repeat orders and by customers new or repeat.
SHIPPING
All of Soma orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Jaipur to your provided shipping address via First Flight. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 5-7 working days.
JURISDICTION
All transactions are subject to Jaipur (Rajasthan), India jurisdictions.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Please help us to maintain our high quality of service with our strict Return & Refund Policy. We try our best to ensure customer satisfaction but it is not possible to follow an open refund / return policy. However, genuine problems may arise and exchange of outfit for another piece of the same outfit can be undertaken under the following circumstances only
The execution of the outfit is found to be defective due to our fault / damage in transit.
Soma must be informed by an email (somaonline@somashop.com) of any defect / damage within 3 days of date of receipt.
The Product will be exchanged without any extra cost, once the sold piece is received back.
All shipping costs for return of the product to our address, must be borne by the customer. Shipping cost of replacement product will be borne by Soma.
The Returned Goods MUST reach us not later than 7 days from date of your receipt.
The piece may differ slightly from the original in color and/or prints due to customer's monitor's color display.
The product purchased through online cannot be exchanged/replaced from any of the retail outlets of Soma.
One outfit cannot be exchanged for anything apart from another of the same.
PRIVACY POLICY
Soma is committed to safeguard the privacy of the customers' personal data. Information required for process and execution of orders will not be shared or passed on for any other purpose. Our authorized online credit card payment processor is Pay pal (this is SSL Secured) and we do not receive any of customers' credit card information.
FRAUD POLICY
All fraudulent credit-card transactions (including charge-back) will be dealt with full provisions of law. Legal recourse as provided in India and Country of Order/Delivery will be fully utilized to book criminals participating in any type of Credit-Card Fraud.
The ID and address of your computer and your ISP provider have been determined, and recorded as a safeguard against fraudulent behavior and may be used by legal entities to prosecute any guilty parties.
Soma considers fraud a direct and serious threat to our business profitability. We do not take any efforts to defraud lightly and will prosecute whenever and wherever possible to the fullest extent of the law.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Soma Blockprints Pvt. Ltd. and www.paypal.com reserve the right to cancel any order suspecting fraud.
Buyers may cancel their order within 24 hours after placing the order.
